Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Custom Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork proofs, spelling, dates, colors, and design details prior to approval. Once approval is received, T’s Tees is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and website content are the property of T’s Tees unless otherwise provided by the customer. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

T’s Tees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
