2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are processed securely online. Payment is required at checkout before production begins.

3. Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Because all items are custom made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, it must be returned in order to receive a refund or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
