At T’s Tees, we take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel and products.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
* Custom apparel
* Personalized items
* Approved custom artwork
* Special-order products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error made by T’s Tees, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
* Order number
* Photos of the issue
* Description of the problem
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:
* Unused
* Unwashed
* In original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
