Custom order policy

Effective Date: June 24, 2026

T’s Tees specializes in custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printing, and personalized products.

Deposits

A deposit may be required before production begins on custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable once artwork development or production has started.

Artwork Approval

Customers will receive a proof when applicable.

By approving artwork, the customer confirms:

* Spelling is correct
* Dates are correct
* Colors are acceptable
* Design placement is approved
* Sizing is approved

T’s Tees is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for production.

T’s Tees reserves the right to refuse any design that may infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Customer-Supplied Garments

While we take every precaution when decorating customer-supplied garments, T’s Tees is not responsible for replacement of items damaged due to manufacturing defects, hidden flaws, or issues beyond our control during the decoration process.

Production Timeline

Production timelines begin after:

* Payment or deposit is received
* Artwork is approved
* Necessary garments and materials are available

Cancellations

Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to charges for:

* Artwork creation
* Materials purchased
* Labor completed

Ownership of Artwork

Custom artwork created by T’s Tees remains the property of T’s Tees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
