Customer-Supplied Garments
T’s Tees is happy to decorate customer-supplied garments; however, we cannot guarantee the quality, durability, or performance of items not purchased through us.
While every effort is made to ensure successful production, T’s Tees is not responsible for damage, discoloration, scorching, shrinking, misprints, embroidery defects caused by garment construction, manufacturing flaws, or unforeseen issues that may occur during the decoration process.
Customers assume all risk when providing their own garments. No reimbursement will be provided for customer-supplied items damaged during production.

Custom Artwork & Copyright Policy
Customers submitting logos, artwork, images, or designs certify that they own the rights to the submitted content or have permission to reproduce it.
T’s Tees is not liable for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations resulting from artwork supplied by customers.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws.

Rush Order Policy
Rush production may be available depending on workload and material availability.
Rush fees may apply and will be quoted before production begins.
Rush service cannot be guaranteed until payment, artwork approval, and garment availability have been confirmed.

Embroidery Policy
Embroidery designs may require digitizing before production.
Digitizing fees are separate from embroidery charges unless otherwise stated.
Once a design has been digitized, digitizing fees are non-refundable.
Minor variations in stitch appearance, thread color, and placement are normal characteristics of the embroidery process and are not considered defects.

DTF Transfer Policy
DTF transfers are produced based on artwork provided or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
* Design size
* Colors
* Spelling
* Image quality
* Transparency settings
